Meh... Overpriced. Pizza not that good. At this point, Papa Johns way cheaper and tastier.

The pizza is delicious with lots of different options. We like the Hawaiian with chicken. It's amazing. The bbq style sauce caramelizes on the outer crust while the rest remains the perfect chewy texture. Definitely check out the lunch buffet. It's about $8 for all you can eat pizza, salad and drink. I will say if your super picky about spicy food their sauce is a little spicy. I notice it most with the plain cheese pizza. Also there sizes are small. A large looks more like a medium. Other then that we will definitely be back.

There are several options for pizza in this area of South Jordan. There are the standard chains, Pizza Hut, Domino's, and Papa John's if you are looking for fast pizza that satisfies hunger on a minimalist level. There is Papa Murphy's if you are feeling adventurous and want to run the risk of burning your own pie with nobody to blame but yourself. But if you are looking for something a little different, with fresh toppings and killer appetizers, the Mountain Mike's may be he peak you've been looking for (pun intended). Their pepperoni pizza is flavorful, and spicy without being offensive to the taste buds and the triple cheese garlic sticks are so cheesy, they should come with a box of Ritz crackers. They have a lot of different options, so if you're looking for something other than the normal chain pizza places, give them a try.

Fantastic Lunch Buffet! They know how to make a delicious pizza using good quality ingredients. Not the cheapest but by far the best in the area. The Buffalo Chicken and Mount McKinley are delicious.

I have enjoyed Mountain Mike's pizza no less than 4 times in the last 3 months. Let me start by saying I drove past this place for the first 5 years of my residence in West Jordan. I live just north of this location, but I pass it a lot commuting to and from work. Trying to choose a place to get together with friends for a little b-day get together I wandered in and checked it out. I wanted to see what the menu was because I don't like forcing my friends to order expensive food, I am just happy to have a place large enough that we can be together and visit. They have a party room it seats about 20 people and it doesn't cost money to rent out you just have to RSVP it with one of the employees at the counter. They are usually around $15 for a large pizza, but they have this $8 deal after 8PM and before.... 4PM? I haven't done the early bird special but have drove past the $5 guys a few times to enjoy a higher quality pizza at an excellent price. The pizza I have enjoyed the most often is the pep. Their pep is different than others not sure how to describe it other than saying it is super tasty and there are a ton of them on the pizza. I would recommend this to someone looking to get a group together for some socializing over some social food (they also have a salad bar). Check this place out, friendly staff, delicious pizza and it is very clean. Thanks Mountain Mike's for making consistently great pepperoni pizzas! Oh also I need to start adding this to my reviews. This place is child friendly. My twin 2 1/2 year old boys had a fun time checking out the retro arcade. There wasn't a lot of things they could get to and do damage. They basically split their attention between the arcade and of course the quarter candy machine by the entrance. I'm finished now!

Been here twice now, after 8 pm they do $7 or $8 large pepperoni pizzas. My friend likes extra cheese which bumps it up to $10. $2 for cheese? Whatever. I wasn't overly impressed but I wasn't disappointed either. They use small pepperonis which is annoying when you eat them. Their crust was good but for $10 I can get a much larger pizza with whatever toppings I want (ie combination) from Costco, and that's at any time. I definitely would not pay full price.

I should start by saying our family eats pizza weekly, we love it. We are always looking to try new pizza places. This was a good pepperoni pizza (we all ate it), but not the best we've had. We also got their breadsticks, which my children really enjoyed. They thought it was one of the best they've had. The service was very friendly and accommodating, but the downside is it was all pretty expensive for what we got. I doubt we will go there again as there are cheaper options we enjoy more that are closer to us.

When I went to the salad bar and when I got my ice tea, I thought I was at a pizza hut. Terrible salad, bad tea, I thought this was going to be a good local joint. So I was preparing for a terrible pizza. Pizza came and it was very good, not the best ever, but very good, changed my opinion, which I think says a lot.

The lunch buffet for $7.99 is awesome (includes a drink and all the pizza you can eat). We loved it because there were a couple vegetarian pizza options and a decent salad bar. The place is neat and the staff are super friendly. A great option for the value. You must try it!

Service was slow and there was no one there. Pizza also was not very good, and they charge way too much !

I love this place has the best pizza in all of Utah! Any pizza you order is delicious! My favorite has to be the Vegimore and the Mt.Everest, if you want to try them all on Mondays and Wednesdays they have a buffet for lunch and dinner with Salad and drink included. You will love this place I know it.

The best pepperoni pizza! They use smaller pepperonis that have a little kick to them. Their dough is fresh too.. Never had a bad pizza here, but stick to their versions, they know what they're doing. :-)

Great pizza with quality toppings! We love this place! Definitely recommend the meat pizza! One of only two top quality pizza options in the valley!

One of the better pizza joints in the Salt Lake area. Love their sauce and crust. Reminds me a lot of Round Table Pizza. My favorites are the Mt Everest and Robers Roost. They also have a lunch buffet that includes salad and drink for $7.99. If you haven't tried Mountain Mike's you will be pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend.

They took 20 minutes longer than they said to deliver the pizza and it was mediocre at best. Cheap pizza. A step abou r the $5 pizza joints but not by much. I have not been inside, only delivery.

You can't find a better variety of pizza for a buffet. They are always putting fresh pizzas out. The dessert pizza is the best. Their gluten free pizza is tasty.

Expensive! But you can't get tastier pizza than the Everest at Mountain Mike's!

Pizza was pretty good, only downside I saw to the place was the price. We got 1 large pepperoni, one large specialty pizza (which was on special), and some garlic bread. Cost over $30! Service was friendly, the guy even offered us water cups while we waited.

VERY small buffet to serve WAY too many people. The pizza buffet is only 3 feet long and there are always at least 5 people in line waiting to grab a piece. The salad bar was equally as small and a normal height person has to bend clear over to reach the back of the salad bar under the guard. Pizza flavor was ok, but nothing special and definitely not worth the wait.

best pizza ive had. I don't like pizza, but i actually craved this place once. its a four because i rather ready something lighter and not cheesy. but i highly recommend this place of yoy want quality and flavor.

Had the lunch buffet my review will focus on that. The buffet is small with four pizzas, one desert pizza, cheese bread, one pasta and a small salad bar. The pasta wasn't all that good so a little was all I needed. There was a decent variety of pizzas despite the small area they had to make them available. The notables things about the pizza were the sauce and pepperoni. The sauce was different from most, a thinner sauce with tomato chunks and a definite sweetness, the pepperoni was smaller in diameter and packed a lot of flavor. The desert pizza was too sweet for my taste, basically a pizza crust with butter sugar and cinnamon. I found the cheese sticks to be the most pleasing thing on the buffet. The buffet is a decent value, the food is not extraordinary but they seem to strive to keep a variety of food out on the buffet and the service was friendly. and the price was reasonable.

If you're looking for some decent pizza on the south end of the valley, give these guys a try. I've had both their take out whole pizzas and their lunch buffet. Both I thought were really decent but like others have said, the whole pie is the way to go. While the lunch buffet was counter was short, there were always at least six different pizzas out and when people started coming in fresh pizzas started to land. It was also nice to have a decent sized salad bar as well. There was also a rotating dish of baked pasta. So for $8.50 with access to all the pizzas, pasta, salad and drinks is a bargain. The pizza crust wasn't to thick or thin yet it was nice and crispy. Kinda like a pan but not quite as thick. I also enjoyed their flavorful pepperoni, kinda crispy as well. Don't forget if you can't make it for lunch that on Monday and Wednesday nights they do a nighttime buffet. They also have beer!

I've been here a lot over the past few years and I've always loved it because its great pizza! A few weeks ago we went there for dinner and I was really impressed with their service. They do the pizza buffet on Monday nights. Once we got there I realized that I probably wouldn't be able to eat anything because I'm not eating dairy right now (my baby is allergic and I'm still breastfeeding) anyways I asked them if they could leave cheese off a few slices of the next pizza they make due to my son's allergy. They were so accommodating the guy said he could make me my own mini pizza with whatever I wanted. I was so happy. Eating out with a food allergy is not easy and places like this are awesome because they don't make u feel like a freak. No question we will be back again. Thanks Mountain Mike's for taking our food allergy seriously!

Not impressed Reading all the great reviews for this place, I decided to try it. Had a hard time finding a table because just about all of them were reserved. We hovered around a dirty booth and an employee came and cleaned it. We quickly found out why the tables were reserved as a huge line formed and people started filling up the tables for a birthday party. The place reminded me of a school lunchroom very LOUD. We ordered a lrge pizza the everest, it had a lot of toppings but very little cheese. I like pizza when you pull a slice the cheese leaves a nice string behind. There was some cheese but you couldn't see it through all the toppings. MORE CHEESE PLEASE !!!

Just moved to the area and looking for a good pizza. Went to Mountain Mike's and ordered the Pike' Peak meat pizza. Even though we didnt need it, we got a large and almost ate the whole pie! Very Good. We ordered for carry out and it was hot and ready when we arrived. Will definitely add this to our list of Pizza places. Oh, by the way, the clerk was very friendly and had a smile

We like Mountain Mike's Pizza. They do an amazing Buffalo Chicken Pizza -- the best in the Valley. Everything is good there, and the staff is friendly. The location we usually went to -- West Jordan -- went out of business due to the never-ending construction in the road right in front of the location, but the owners are nice enough to DELIVER to West Jordan. How 'bout that? We find it more enjoyable to trek out to South Jordan to eat it fresh, especially on Mondays when pizza is half-priced. Good service, great owners.

I'm a California girl transplanted to Utah. As a kid I would love going to Mountain Mikes. It's my favorite pizza place and was thrilled when we moved within distance of the South Jordan store. I won't eat anywhere else. I drive 20 minutes to get here and it is worth every ounce of time. My favorite is the real linguica. You can't find it anywhere else. The Pie claim the do, but it's not. Every time we have gone we've had terrific service. My husband and son love all of there different specialties and the buffet (Mondays and Wednesdays) is a great way to experience them. They are more expensive than say Pizza Hut, but the quality is so much better. I highly recommend Mountain Mike"s. Get the Mountain sized pizza, it's HUGE.

We decided to try this place out for lunch. The Salad buffet was very basic and was low on everything. The pizza appeared that it had been sitting out under the lights for a while. We decided to wait until they brought out fresh pizza. We were not impressed. Save yourself the money and go to Rock Creek or even Papa Murphy's take'n'bakes are better! We will not be going back again!!

Mt. Mikes is great! I like that they think outside the box when it comes to pizza. My favorite is the chicken club pizza and the all you can eat lunch buffet with salad for $8 isn't a bad deal either. The staff was really friendly as well.

The pizza is great! We order the Everest and it is great combination pizza. Monday night is half price night. Get there early or the kids will drive you crazy. They didn't have beer, they said they should get their license in a couple of weeks....let's see

When we first moved to the burbs of Utah, we were a little worried that we wouldn't be able to find staples: beer, pizza and coffee. Never fear -- we've found all three (good beer isn't close at hand but we'll get to that later). The Robber's Roost at Mountain Mikes (white sauce) is packed with fresh ingredients (packed as in falling off the pie packed). We've not tried another kind, but you can't go wrong with this one. We've had a couple order screw-ups (oops, we just gave away your pizza to another lady, she's coming back) and occasionally we get the wrong boneless wings (as in, are those bones in my wings?) but they're actually so friendly, you kind of forgive them. Eat in or take out, both are good -- and on Monday's there's always a special (half off AND football? HEAVEN).
